NoorWorks Coaching Circle

As continuous learners, NoorWorks has setup a Coaching Circle for those who have been through the Coaching Programme.  This will be run quarterly and will require a commitment from you, both as a coach and a client for the quarter.   

1. One to one coaching with a randomly selected Coach.
2. The client and coach agree the frequency of the coaching sessions within the 3 month coaching period, and how the coaching will take place (in person, over the phone, Zoom, Skype, etc). 
3. The session will be up to one hour.

What we need from you?  Commitment to the coaching agreement with your Coach/Client
